My stay was marked by overwhelming disappointment. Despite the beautiful location, the noise from the meeting area was incessant and utterly disrupted my peace. Furthermore, the absence of basic amenities in my room made it feel neglected. I had high hopes for a serene getaway, but it fell short of my expectations.

the hotel is just a few steps from the beautiful Merano Centro Storico, making it so easy to explore the lovely shops and vibrant atmosphere. Being close to Tappeiner Walk lets you enjoy scenic strolls with stunning views of the mountains.

i also had noise issues despite my complaints. as a regular guest, i expected a little more courtesy, perhaps an upgrade or some welcome gift. but alas, nothing! just couldn’t believe it.

Hotel Europa Splendid has a fantastic location right at the center of the city, offering easy access to shops and dining. The room was well-furnished, featuring a private balcony with a lovely view of the Alps. Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of choices, and the staff, especially Sabrina and Vladimir, were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay.

Solo travelers should consider this place

The place had a real cozy vibe, my room was super comfortable with wood paneling that felt refreshing. Plus, breakfast was solid, and I really enjoyed the eggs they served.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still, I found it acceptable.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, allowing us to easily explore shops and cafes within walking distance. We loved the luxurious breakfast, especially the fresh local options that started our mornings off right. The staff provided personalized assistance with local recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One minor downside was that the dining area felt overcrowded during busy breakfast hours.

the bathroom could use a night light (it got kinda bright! ). the breakfast was substantial, especially the eggs. staff was super helpful with our hiking plans. enjoyed the gin and tonics at the bar (a nice touch!

Had a great time with friends! The rooms were spacious and had a lovely view of the city and Alps. Enjoyed breakfast with amazing coffee. Perfect location to explore shops, the stunning Piazza del Teatro, and beautiful arcades. Staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay fun and easy.

One downside was that parking can get tricky. we had to walk a bit after unloading luggage. But it’s manageable since the parking garage is close by.

I had a great time enjoying the cozy atmosphere and the exceptional breakfast. however, the parking situation could be a bit tricky. I'd definitely choose this place again!
